Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only, to the 48 contiguous states. At this time we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or international addresses.
Order Timeline
Our books are in stock and ready to ship, so orders move quickly:
- Processing: 1 business day
- Shipping: 6–10 business days
Shipping Costs
We charge a flat shipping rate of $6.99 per order. Orders over $50 ship free.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Some carriers take 1–3 business days to begin updating tracking. If it has been more than 7 business days since you ordered and you still have no tracking, email us at support@hallowhaven.com.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders ship almost immediately after being placed, we offer a 1-hour cancellation window. To cancel, contact support@hallowhaven.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Hallow Haven is not responsible for packages lost or returned due to an incorrect address provided at the time of the order. If the error was ours, we will take full responsibility and resend your order free of charge.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement or your package appears lost, reach out to support@hallowhaven.com and we will help you track it down and make it right.
Multiple Packages
For logistical reasons, items from the same order may occasionally ship in separate packages, even when combined shipping was requested.
