Welcome to Hallow Haven. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and your purchase of any products offered through it ("we," "us," or "our"). Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional policies referenced here. Please read them carefully. Hallow Haven sells Christian books and related printed products. We make every effort to display our products, descriptions, and pricing accurately. Even so, we do not guarantee that every detail, color, or image on the site is completely free of error, and screens may display colors differently. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update product information at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, and product availability at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment providers. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount shown, including any applicable shipping charges.

5. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or limitations on available stock. We may also limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund for that order.

6. Shipping

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Because orders ship almost immediately after being placed, cancellations are subject to the window described in our Shipping Policy. 8. Intellectual Property

Purchasing a book grants you a personal copy for your own use. It does not transfer any ownership or grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, resell, scan, copy, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our site or products in any unlawful way or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the site. You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, to violate any regulations or laws, to infringe upon our intellectual property or that of others, to harass or discriminate against others, to submit false or misleading information, to upload viruses or malicious code, to collect or track the personal information of others, to spam or scrape, for any obscene or immoral purpose, or to interfere with the security features of the site.
